Shipping & Delivery:
Most stock items ship within 1 to 3 business days. High quantity orders or detailed custom jobs may take longer. Out of stock items will be added onto the production list as soon as ordered, this may result in a 1-2 week shipment delay.
If an item weighs less than 13oz we ship it USPS First Class, if the item is heavier or larger than the First Class limits it will be shipped USPS Priority 3day Mail.
If you are ordering something small but need it shipped with the faster Priority service please contact us before making the order for an adjusted shipping cost.
Some new items that we have never shipped before might have an estimated shipping cost and if we find the cost was a couple dollars high during packing then we will issue a refund for the difference.Some larger items do not have a discount listed for multiple item orders but if we can pack the orders together and the cost is a few dollars less than the total shipping paid we will issue a refund for the savings.
We try to keep shipping costs as low as possible, we do not get any sort of shipper discounts and after shipping materials and handling we most often loose money on the shipping. International orders(including Canada):We don't list shipping fees for international orders because the shipping costs are easily up to 4x more than in country shipping. We are willing to ship internationally and will give an estimated shipping cost if you contact us.
Privacy:
All of your customer information is kept private. We do not share or sell email addresses or customer information.
Returns & Replacements:
Returns will be given to items with engraving or material defects. It is important that photos and drawings of the highest quality are sent and that all custom words are checked for spelling errors. We will not refund items with low quality engravings due to poor image quality or spelling errors made by the customer.
Payments:
We have a verified PayPal Business account. This is our preferred secure way or accepting orders and credit cards.
Custom Orders:
Feel free to contact us about custom orders. This includes your own photo's or text to be engraved onto one of our products here or at our website.
Image Copyright Info:
Over 90% of the art and designs we use in our shop we buy licensing rights to use for sale purposes. We occasionally may use art we find online if we are unsure of its copyright. If you are the owner of any artwork you see us using please contact us at once. We appreciate someone letting us know and we will immediately remove the designs from the site and production.
